“With a club in his hand, idea in his head, he was an absolute Houdini”

Hearing the news of Seve Ballesteros death, I immediately close my eyes and imagine my golfing hero as I read about him. The little boy from Pedrena, Spain realized his dream and would spent countless hours on the beach holding a three iron, barefooted, hitting pebbles instead of golf balls. He learned to hit all kinds of shots with his only golf club, 3 iron, high, low, and even the curving ones. Seve Ballesteros mastered the sport and was not only a genius, legend or a unique talent but also won the hearts of people.

It was his laughters’ that ignite the golf course and his great smile that never seemed to abandon his face. Seve Ballesteros had it all, the passion, charisma and raw talent… that is the makeup of a champion. The Spaniard changed the game of golf entirely and created so many shots he only imagined to play. He showed the world the he was a boy from a village in northern Spain as everyone knew Golf was only accessible to wealthy people…. Seve changed the perspective.

Seve Ballesteros turned pro at the age of 16 and just 5 years later at the 1979 British Open he won his first out of his 5 major championships and he did it in character landing a shot from a parking place under the 16th green and earning the nickname Car-Park Champion.

Ballesteros became the first European to ever win the Masters in 1980 and added another title 3 years later. Through the 80s and the 90s Seve became the heart and soul for European Ryder Cup teams.

Ben Crenshaw once said “Seve played shots I don’t even see in my dreams!”

Yes, his ball was not always straight he wished the fairways to be narrower so everyone will get in the rough not just him. His shots were everywhere, under the tree, next to the water, half in bunker and half out, but people knew wherever his ball will land he will still win it because he simply was the best.

“I look into their eyes, shake their hand, pat their back, and wish them luck, but I am thinking, 'I am going to bury you.”

It is depressing to see so many young players didn’t get the chance to meet him. His passion for the game is what made him literally a legend. I close my eyes and imagine him on the beach looking at the target couple of times, head on the ball and hitting it with love and great enthusiasm.

People not only cared about what titles he won, but how he won them with style and flare that will live in the mind’s eye.

He counted his last days as if he knew that was it. Seve gathered with his family and whispered in their ears. “I love you all.” That was it.

On 7th May 2011 Ballesteros played the last round of his life, and went to the 19th hole without signing his card… This was the only battle he lost but not even his prodigious courage would allow him to beat.

Age 54 is too young to die, but as they say “The good die young.” Seve was such a great inspiration not only for golfing fans, players and supporters but also for the world. His fighting spirit, humor and Charisma brought laughter and happy times. He changed everything when he walked in the room and brought excitement in every tournament he played in.

Seve Ballesteros brought music and dancing to golf. He changed the perspective on worldwide golf; it is no longer intense and boring but passion and beauty of excitement and flavor.

To Seve: “A true golfing hero you were & will still be…. Golf would never be the same without you…”

More than a thought, deeper than a feeling, at the core of our heart… The sense that winter had left and spring has arrived. The Masters means spring, confident and certainty that it will come year after year. It connects us to an ongoing cycle and shows us the men who make it their own. As the tournament progresses and the pressure builds, there is always time to say it is your Augusta day. It is so alive in this time of the year, with the colors of the spring and the magic of the Masters. Augusta is the home of Champions.

I can feel this place, absorb every color and shape. It is a balance between the mind and the moment, between the surroundings and the confidence in yourself… Here it’s not easy. The visionary spirit of Bobby Jones whispers in the leaves, there is a heart that beats with memories across the ground. Breathe, focus, this shot… this swing, this thought “I have the game, I want the Green Jacket.”

All these great champions who had the green jacket… have a story to tell. And it is another Sunday in Augusta, whose story is about to be told?

It is golf simple excellence that began in 1934. Every shot requires total, lazier eye consternation, no thought but a pure action. Whether it is walking down the 18th fairway, hitting your first shot or holing your eagle putt, you can indeed feel the Masters’ history. It is the green jacket and the completion for it has seen the greatest players in the game, fashion and magic. From remarkable feats and unbelievable shots to spectacular meltdowns and career defining putts, Augusta has provided many of the greatest moments in the history of golf.

Bobby Jones, you might call him a legend or the greatest golfer ever lived, either ways he was the man who made this possible. With the sharp look he had in his eyes, he held his golf club and hit a shot then said “This is Augusta National.”

Most of us, are sitting in our homes and enjoy watching the Masters just like Rory MclRoy, Tiger Woods, Martin Kaymer, Charl Schwartzel etc… when they were youngsters. We (Youngsters) maybe watching the Masters today, but in the years the will come we will be wearing the Green Jacket.

On every Sunday afternoon, if you are a fan excited to see the players or a player waking up on 10 under par, holding his nerves through the last putt, it is your time to shine in the Masters. When you are wearing the green jacket it is officially that Augusta is your home.

Someone needs to do something special to win what was turning into one of the wildest Masters Tournaments on record Sunday afternoon at Augusta National Golf Club. South Africa's Charl Schwartzel did. For those who say Charl got lucky, remember Gary Player’s old saying “The more I practiced, the luckier I get.”

Thank you Bobby for the great passion you had and congratulation Charl, you are the man to beat.

I see earth, it is so beautiful - Yuri Gagarin

50 years ago on 12th April 1961 was not like any other day, it was a day to be remembered when Yuri Gagarin became the first human to take a journey into outer space when his Vostok spacecraft completed an orbit around the Earth. It was just a 108 minutes that changed the world.

His news spread all over the globe and Russian citizen’s flood out to the streets. Hardly there was anyone on the planet who didn’t know the first man to fly to the stars the Great “Yuri Gagarin”

It was his smile that charmed the world and his great spirit that helped launch a new Era in history of mankind. Yuri Gagarin was the first to see what no other person has seen in the history of humanity… the earth from outer space.

Like any other child, when I was 8, I was curious about space, planets, moon and stars, that is the same year I read about Yuri Gagarin for the first time. The courage he had was one of a kind; he risked his life and took a Journey that literally shook the world.

Today we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the First Man to leave the world behind. The man that showed us there is no limit to human abilities.  He taught the world a lesson “Believe in the impossible.”

Which brings me to this famous quote that says: “The sky is the limit.” Ok, hold on a second… Are you sure? The sky is the limit? Hmmm… I must disagree! To anyone who said & believed that the sky is the limit, they were wrong. Well, after 1961 they were wrong.
With each century, this quote is being changed from “The sky is the limit.” To “Don’t tell me the sky is the limit, when there are footprints on the moon.” and maybe it will change to "The sky and the moon are no limit, because there is life on the plaeBut overall I want to fix this perspective and create a new quote that will sure fit every generation.

-- There is no limit.

A simple sentence that challenges the human mind and abilities to believe in the impossible…. Remember “There is no limit.”

The next time you look at the sky, stars, moon hold a minute of silence and let it sink in that humans have been there. Because after 50, 100 years people won’t remember our economy or political issues, they will remember the turning point in the history of humanity, they will remember Yuri Gagarin who made everything feel easy and possible to achieve.

There is no doubt that Yuri Gagarin is still a great source of inspiration of the astronauts of our time. This is an attribute to Yuri Gagarin that helped us understand life more than we ever dreamed.

Wining doesn’t just happen on Sunday’s afternoon, or when you are feeling good. In this article I will explain how winning happens every day through focus, hard work, dedication and the drive to success. In order to win, there must be a few rules to do so.

Golf has always been the game that can teach you a lot about life. It teaches you honesty, integrity and patience. Golf is a tough game where you have to understand that every day is different and believe that the next shot is always better.

Do you want to win? Is it a goal of yours to win every tournament you enter? Well then you must understand that there are no shortcuts to success, if you have the dream and the passion to achieve it, then you will.

“Challenge yourself and don’t be afraid of failures.” Golfers always seem to have some fear on the golf course. Maybe it is long putts that you always get short or maybe bushes that you always get in. But whatever your fear is, you need to be aggressive on the golf course and take some chances even if that meant making mistakes, because on the golf course you have to experience every feeling: fear, winning, losing, happy, sad and crazy.

“Believe that in any day you got on the golf course, winning is just near the corner.” If you want to ask great players about their secrets of success, most of them will tend to say that it is passion what had driven them to success. They didn’t worry about money, they just wanted to be the best players and beat other players in their homeland. Great players enjoy hard work.

There are all kinds of contradictions you might have on the golf course, but this is life. Life is full of contradictions, and you got to have the confidence and the passion. Some people get these negative thoughts, negative energy and they feel sorry for themselves on the golf course and that when you should know that the greatest thing that can happen in your life is experience difficulties.

“Golf is the teacher of life” Morgan Pressel. Golf is very unique as a sport, having such diversity in the game itself and trying to achieve perfection. It’s about to get down on yourself and overcome those fears to bounce back and make a difference in your game and life.

One thing you shouldn’t be afraid of is have the chance to win a tournament. If you spent countless hours on the driving range, it will pay off at last. You need to set your mind on winning and say “Hey! I can win this tournament!” I think you have to imagine yourself on the finish line holding the cup.

And for kids out there you need to find your passion and dream and visualize yourself achieving them because that is definitely a part of the process to making it reality. What I think is that kids already have the gift of visualization. I often see kids on the putting green commentating Tiger Woods and so they already are putting themselves in that situation. It is amazing how kids have this gift without even knowing, you got to make sure that you hold on to it.

Someday you will remember champions and worldwide players walking on the 18th and turning to our parents, grandparents and saying “I want to be there, I want to win this tournament.”

I was recently asked “What makes the UAE a heaven for golfers?” This article will answer.

Just 20 years ago, the UAE would not have been considered a major golfing destination, but it is now an emerging global force.

For many of us, 1983 seems like yesterday and it’s truly incredible to think that over nearly 20 years later the region boasts some of the best golf courses in the world.

UAE will make a great destination for outstanding vacations, for many reasons. Its climate is moderate and flexible for you to go out anytime and play a round on the stunning golf courses. Besides its brilliant weather, at summer your round might get dried up so some of the courses in UAE provide the chance to play in the night and enjoy the company with your friends. Like the floodlit Faldo which is the oldest golf course in the UAE. Playing golf at night gives you different experience than playing in the daytime. Many people, those who come here, choose nighttime to play golf.

For over 5 world-class golf courses, UAE has been known as one of the world greatest golf destinations and has attracted a lot of well-known players such as Greg Norman, Bradley Dredge, and Mark O’Meara, not only to enjoy and play in such wonderful atmosphere but to design new golf courses.

4 annuals World Wide Golf Championships are being held in UAE: Dubai World Championship, held at Jumeriah Golf Estate, Abu Dhabi Golf Championship held at Abu Dhabi Golf Club, Omega Dubai Ladies Masters and Dubai Desert Classic held in Dubai at Emirates Golf Club, Majlis course and. These events have always attracted some of the strongest fields in world golf. There is no question that by attracting the planet’s best players, UAE became truly global.

UAE’s golf courses are perfectly designed; it literally looks like a painting adding up to the super service makes a great combination to make a marvelous golf course.

Recently, Yas Links is the first true links golf course in the Middle East, The course is designed by Kyle Phillips, one of the world’s leading golf course designers. Yas Links is located in Yas Island and has been given the award of Best Golf Course in the Middle East.

As you can see, UAE is now a place to look for in your next Golf vacation. UAE’s golf courses are one of the most eye catching designs, and also are classy places. UAE provides you with all types of courses i.e. desert, parkland, resort, links and health-land golf courses.

Dubai came as a pleasant surprise in the world of golf; few other golf destinations can match its high facilities, high standards of golf designs and club house facilities. Step by and try one of these brilliant golf courses… it is truly worth it.

Picture
This is poem number (38) it's called Autumn leaf

Autumn leaf

With the fall of every autumn leaf

I take pride and I hold my believes

Every leaf that falls on the ground

Have a story and a different sound

My heart flies in the colorful skies

I look at your eyes, they are old and wise

Thy flowers can’t grow without love

I glance at the sky and I see a dove

Flying free, on the old trees it lands

I smell the fresh air, on the mountains I stand

We take much in our vows and little in our love

Only of we know that we have little here and many above

I smile in grief, am I not a believer indeed?

I lay under the tree and on the mountains I bleed.

Have you ever thought about this quote “If you believe, you can achieve?” If it’s really true, then why there are so many people not living the life they really wanted?

If we went back in time, you can see that it all starts with your childhood, and over time it continues to grow with the culture around us. From a young age we aren’t able to establish a sense of self. We were always taught or told to do things. That is what our subconscious mind is programmed to. We are raised with certain values and beliefs.

But again, our subconscious mind took these beliefs to make it habitual for us since an early age. The real question is “How can you be free and change these beliefs that conquered your brain?” In my opinion, you should start with discovering who you are and what you truly believe in, not what you have been taught to believe in.

Remember that you have the ability to change yourself if you want to. You see, the mind power it limitless, but unfortunately most of us are trapped in a tiny box that we are trying to get out of. The people around us and our communities taught us what to think about instead how to think. We learned that there are “Gifted children” and “Normal children.” But in the matter of fact, there shouldn’t be a difference between children, we should all expect the best from ourselves and work hard to become who we want to be.

Back to the main subject, if you believe you can achieve.

Maybe you believed that you are creative and unique, but in some point of your life you stopped thinking “Na… I will go to old routine…” and be old routine I mean:

When you were a child you wanted to be a philosopher, maybe a painter. You had big dreams and you sure wanted to make a difference in the world, then again you stopped thinking “A painter? I love painting it’s in my blood but I think I won’t be able to make a living… besides why should I make a difference, there is a lot of people who can, but not me…” and so day by day passed and you have abandoned your dream, taking the traditional way and becoming a doctor, a lawyer or anything you think will make money. You have retired now; you’re 70 years old and no longer enjoying life. With regrets and painful memories you came back thinking “I made the wrong decision…”

Yes, that is the circle of life for many people I know, and many others out there. They have wasted their lives on things they don’t love and also wasted their talents.

Oprah Winfrey loves to talk, Tiger Woods loves to play Golf, and Jack Canfield loves to write etc… have you ever thought about it? All these famous, rich people who literally shaped the world as it is now love what they are doing and most importantly believe they can.

If you believe you can be a great musician, then go for it and take whatever risk and obstacles you might face, don’t let worries and negative thoughts bring you down. If you want to be a millionaire despite what people tell you like “You wish!” “Keep dreaming!” Always remember that “If you believe, you can achieve.”

Later on, I will be posting other articles about “Ways to success” and also “Minds power”. Stay tuned!

The Library
By Line Dalile.

Voices, she heard. Heart beats, sounds and water drops. The clock is ticking and so her heart. It has just turned 12:00 A.M.

Chatters and laughs, that's what she hears when arriving to the public library, also known as the oldest library in her hometown. England, United Kingdom, far away near the mountains, the library is known as the mysterious library has attracted more than 80 people each day including Aylin, the thin girl whose face is white as snow and her long, straight black hair with few blond curls on the sides flying left and right, Aylin was that curious kid, who loved mysteries.

The library stood on a hill, quite an (Awkward) place to build a library, underneath it was all grass and rocks. Sometimes rocks would fall over the library's roof and sit there for hours. Glass windows and wooden doors, old design. All the other buildings were modernly built and red mud brick was placed on the roof. Its architectures were long time dead, their bones even tuned to powder and were placed in good looking glassy vases with, of course, some notes written on it, maybe small poems too. These vases where placed in the entrance were all people can see and remember that it was built by some top class people, and owned by them, Royal People – Royal People.

Education, health and happiness they had, the Royal people. They had the money to build libraries, famous ones, and they ruled the country.

The librarian, there  was only one librarian, an old lady wears these bizzare glasses and she had a bizarre look. She sits on her desk all day long, nobody knows where she goes after she finishes her work. Emily Brenett was an odd librarian.

In the night, where the area in the mountain is out of sound not a single tick, it becomes very scary in the darkness of the sky and the quietness of the mountain. You can only hear the rumbling of the trees and the little insects' steps. When the wind is blowing, it becomes very dangerous to go out there.

Surrounding the library, is this wonderful nature… the mother nature. Mountains on the left and a wide deep valley on the right. The mountains were huge and brown with a bit of snow at the top… clouds seemed never to abandon that place, rain was almost every day. The valley on the right of the library was deep with yellow grass and some was green.

Aylin's home was an hour away from the library, although it would take her a long time to arrive, she insists on going nearly every day. Her house was small, made of wood but no glassy windows except a really small one, but again there was no red mud brick on the top.. Aylin loved reading, but every time she arrives to the library and sits with peace and quiet on the chair to read one of her favorite books, she hears chatters, laughter's, heart beats…. Strange voices…

Little Aylin's typical day was spent countless hours in the library reading her favorite adventure stories and some of the best Shakespeare's poems.

January 1st 1997, three days away from the 80th annual celebration of the library. Aylin took her red coat, made out of wool, and walked the pace to the library. The smile on her face never seemed to be erased.

As she arrived to the library and saw the librarian and greeted her, Emily Brenett, the librarian, kept looking at her and at the same time sewing a sweater, she said nothing and carried on.

Aylin, went to the corner to pick some old books… a little bit of dust flew around her. She held five- no four books and went to the corner to sit on a chair calmly and read until she finishes.

After fifteen minutes, chatters and whispers grew louder. Aylin, was at the left hand corner. A book was accidently dropped. She looked around nervously to see who was there. No one appeared, only herself and Emily Brenett. It was a scary situation- I would say. Probably she was imagining things as usual. The book shelves were also old, they haven't been replaced nor maintained.

The same whispers filled the place, low, soft and scary sounds whispering non-sense. Aylin wasn't relieved, she wanted to see what was going on and where these sounds are coming from.

She tried to look around a little bit and see if she can find something which has to do with the voices. But it was the time for her to go home. On her way home she kept thinking about these voices. Soft, creepy voices and some scary whispers.

The next morning, the sun was rising changing the sky's colors sometimes yellow and white and the other time blue. It was a wonderful sight. It's starting to get cold- really cold. The wind started blowing, I could see that because the tress are shaking. Together it looks like a musical concert.

Aylin woke up early, the sun streaming through her small window. Aylin, as far as she can tell, was not fully awake. Rather staying in the bed for one more hour, Aylin decided to go to the library earlier than yesterday. As usual, she took her coat and started walking to the library.

Meanwhile, the library still looks old and royal at the same time, but one thing has changed. A bill? A bill on the front wooden door? Yes, a yellow golden-like bill was placed the top of the old, wooden door with a little bit of cracks on the side, but it looked fancy.  Aylin wondered why they placed the bill, is it odd. Aylin took a walk around the library quietly and looked at its windows to see that it was newly polished, these old glassy windows are now changed. Something was going on, something strange- strange.

The clouds covered the sky and drizzles of rain began to fall down as the crows are flying awry in the sky, Aylin looked up and gazed. She hurried to the library and closed the doors, not so many people were there, I would day 7- no 8 yes 8 people.

Emily Brenett wasn't there, only her uncompleted sewed sweater and her glasses. Aylin looked at the shelves and pick a book that had attracted her, the label said "The Library"

Aylin took the book and she wiped the dust off it a little bit, again the dust flew around her, she coughed. She took a seat near the window this time rather on the corner.

She opened the book and there was a key, an old bronze key. At first she didn't care, but as she arrived to page 34 she knew that it had something to do with the key. Page 34 was missing.

Aylin took a glance around her. Only 6 people left, 2 were gone, vanished! The library started to feel like a mysterious place. It felt like a treasure island with no treasure on it. She read out loud on page 35 there was a poem, a short poem written by hand.

It said

''When there is dark thunder storm

Not even heavens light can form

Many souls are traveling around

You can only hear the sound

The key will lead to a door

When you open it there is no floor

Rather than sitting and enjoying the book

One needs to hurry, beware don't look''

Aylin looked around in a curious way and held the old key in her small hands. What was not normal is that all the other people were gone! Again, Aylin walked with confident steps with the key and the books were held tightly in her hands, papers were falling down.

Inside the library she wandered around, she glanced at the book and opened it again. Some of the dust flew and made her cough one more time. Page 35, the page containing the poem was gone.

Now, she was sure that this is not a coincidence but a real mystery that needed to be solved. She was looking for a door that might be what the key needed. Helpless, she was looking around and around again and again for hours.

Isn't time for her mum to come and pick her up? Isn't the time that she needed to have lunch? She thought.

Finally she went to Emily Brenett. The only thing she found on her squeaking wooden chair was the wool and a shirt that she made out of it. (unusual) situation she was in I would say, don't you agree?

Alyin was confused, she isn't Alice in wonderland nor it wasn't the ten little Indians story, what was it? The mysterious library?

-A book with the title of library

-A missing page

-A poem

-Fallen papers?

-Vanished people

She heard a sound? A squeaking sound like the sound when a door opens. Suddenly it was cold. The sound of the blowing wind came to her ear. Quickly she recalled the poem:

''When there is dark thunder storm

Not even heavens light can form

Many souls are traveling around

You can only hear the sound

The key will lead to a door

When you open it there is no floor

Rather than sitting and enjoying the book

One needs to hurry beware don't look''

"On my way I saw a thunder storm" she rumbled. "There was no light" she expressed. "As I walked into the library there was ten people and now there is none" she stopped. "just now I heard that voice!" she screamed!

What more? She thought. The door, she will find a door, but where? She had a brainstorm.

The library's books seems to fall, Aylin ran and saw a lock behind a book. She took the key from her pocket and rubbed it in her hand then she opened the door. Everything fell from her hands… Don't look! Isn't that what the poem said? "One needs to hurry not to look" behind the door as she entered was a black room, nothing but a black hole. Aylin couldn't believe what she saw, she punched herself twice to see if she was dreaming, apparently she was not.

Should she cross and enter the black room? She did, and then there was nothing.

Apparently, the library and its mysteries are no longer here. The old library in its 80th annual anniversary wasn't there, again it was gone to nowhere.

Everything seemed to come to an unclear end, Aylin, herself was gone too. The library is history now, it wasn't a dream, not indeed. Now the thunderstorm is not here anymore, Everyone can hear the birds and smell the flowers. The sun rose up and Aylin was in her bed sleeping. J

“Resolve never to quit, never to give up, no matter what the situation.”  Jack Nicklaus

He didn’t have the fashion of Ian Poulter or the swing of Tiger Woods, but the talent he had was one of a kind.  They didn’t call him the Golden Bear for nothing, but because he never seemed to be at hibernation. He was always awake and yet his white golf balls seemed always to find the cup.

Nicklaus, one word speaks for itself. Nicklaus is the synonym of golf. He knew every aspect of the game, yet he didn’t use cameras or technologies. Jack Nicklaus mastered his sport, he was the man to beat. When he won, it was the greatest joy of his life. When he lost, actually he never lost, but always gained.

What he witnessed was a year after year after year of excellence play, great drives that always seemed to find the fairways and iron shots he hit were perfectly struck to reduce high colorful rainbows. Blind or deaf, you can feel his gorgeous putts going in, holed more when he had to have it the most. The fingertips are not gone from the cups he touched and hold every year. He saved the best for the biggest moments. He had the attitude a golfer must have, the swing he felt it was his own… his approached shots were pin point accurate and his sharp looks proves that Jack Nicklaus never dreams of these things, he remembers them.

He stood on the tee knowing that his ball will fight its way to the flag, and he knew he would get it in whether he had a putt that was a 1 foot or 100 feet. “I told you it will go in….” he used to tell his caddy.  It was his enthusiasm of the game that helped him collect his greatest achievements.

Jack Nicklaus with no doubt had it all. It was not only his physical practice that put him on the top of the world but also his mental practice.

His famous quote was:

“I never hit a shot, not even in practice, without having a very sharp, in focus picture of it in my head.  It's like a color movie. First I see the ball where I want it to finish, nice and white and sitting up high on bright green grass. Then the scene quickly changes and I see the ball going there: its path, trajectory and shape, even its behavior on landing. Then there is a sort of fade out and the next scene shows me making the kind of swing that will turn the previous images into reality."

He was a player who didn’t count golf as a job but as a game he wants to enjoy. He was a champion and still is. Jack Nicklaus created a lot of excitement in the game, he counted on his talent and what he has learned over time.

The Golden Bear came to a rest after climbing all the mountains in the world, he was a force to be reckoned with, but after all there is a time for new players… youngsters.

Jack Nicklaus has left a touch on every course he played in and on every cup he touched. This touch will never go; it will glow more and more.

Today in the early morning, I woke up like any other day going straight to my window hopping to stare at the sparkling blue sea that is located in front of my house.

I always feel very blessed that I have such wonderful nature in front of me. The sea is pretty much the place where I get inspired to write poetry, articles and think about the philosophy of life.

In the afternoon, I walked down to the shore to enjoy a nice relaxing walk on the soft, golden sand. The waves were high but as they came closer they started crashing on the big rocks. I saw young kids playing with sand, building sand castles, collecting shells, playing with water and running after each other. I also collected shells with my sister, I saw big ones and small ones, colorful and white. It felt like a nice picture to take.

When I look at the sea, I mostly see wisdom and life. The waves keep rolling everyday and ships keep floating until they reach their destiny. Before the sunset, I stood up and took a glance at the sea. This glance wasn’t just like any other; it was a glance that not only reflected the beauty of the sea but also its long endless life.

This glance passed fast like a beam of light, but what I saw wasn't just sparkling blue, crystal water, it was a sound as if the sea was talking to me. The sea does talk, but can we “humans” hear? Or at least pay attention?

Ships travel through the sea from country to country flooding with foods, clothes and human needs. People take vacation on yachts to travel around the world to see new places and discover different cultures. We find treasures in the sea including seafood (Which is really yummy!) but what do we give back? Papers and plastic bags and maybe some oil spills?

The sea isn’t just water and sand, it’s a story of a life time, since the beginning of our great earth till now. When we look at the sea, we look at the history of the earth. Water doesn’t go anywhere except from sea to air to land and then again to the sea.

The sea has given us a lot of treasures, without them we couldn't have survived, especially water and food. We should be more careful and fix our perspective about the sea. Saving sea life should be on our (to do list) and what we can start with is basically not to throw plastic bags, papers etc…

I want all of you to know, that no matter how the sea is big, if each one of us doesn't throw anything or harm the sea life we can keep it clean forever. We can give back and make a difference.

The sea talks, but we still can’t hear except the sound of the waves crashing on the shore.

We are very blessed to have wonderful nature in this world, if we only sit for a minute in silence we can find the answers for our questions. Looking at the sea can heal your soul and fill you with hope to live for another day.

Before the sunset, I stood in silence and took one more glance to say goodbye, maybe wake up next day to see the world as a better place.
I leave the gleaming sea and the golden sand behind me and walk towards my home, taking a lesson that should be taught to every soul.
